Our central AC unit went out during a heat wave, of course. I actually get sick from being hot + full blown migraines. The HVAC people didn't have time for us. So, we went to town hunting a window unit. NONE were available! What a nightmare! The final store we tried had this Frigidaire model and it is fantastic! After getting it installed, within 30 - 45 minutes we were chilled down. It's a wonderful thing. It's so great, we're considering buying more of the Frigidaire window units and forgetting about central AC. We live in South Dakota and only need AC about 3 months of the year anyhow. But, this model works FLAWLESSLY and does a fine job. LOVE IT!

I never knew the coolness of having a Frigidaire air conditioner until now. I purchased mine several months ago and had to ask myself, what took me so long?? The remote feature is the most exciting. “Air at your finger tips.” Can’t do without this appliance in my life. It’s WONDERFUL.
