Your product is very noisy. I have to turn up my tv very loud to hear it whenever this Air Conditioner is on. I am very disappointed with it.

Love the wifi feature on my general electric air conditioner, makes it very easy to start and stop it without having to be in the same room, the app is great too! Keep up the good work GE!

This window ac unit works very well and the app allows you to turn it off and on, so that's a nice feature but it is very loud. We have to blast our tv when it's going.

Great air conditioner overall like the title says and I own two of these units, but I do have 2 complaints. The wifi set-up can be a pain sometimes and occasionally it doesn't take the settings you command the first time around. The second complaint is that the unit ends up having faulty temperature readings that are much lower than the actual temperature. I've had times where my thermostat and other thermometer read up to 10° warmer than the unit reads and I have to put it on fan mode to circulate air through it for about 20 minutes before the temperature reads properly again.
