Excellent unit, purchased to replace a very loud older model that was inefficient. Noticed remarkable improvement in coolness, humidity reduction and of course sound. Like all window units, it’s not exactly quiet but it’s not overwhelming either. It’s been really hot so it’s been running all day lately with no issues!

After purchasing 10,000 btu a week earlier not surprised at how fast and cool the a/c works. And after an initial hiccup with adding to my network all is good

In the middle of a heat wave my AC went for my bedroom, in a hurry I searched high and low online for an 8,000 BTU AC that was a trustworthy brand and wouldn’t break the bank! I found this AC, reasonably priced, AND it was on sale!! It was super easy to install, and the App on my phone is so convenient! Also the child lock setting so you can’t change it from the unit itself is A DREAM! I loved this AC so much I then went out and purchased another one for my living room! This AC is worth every penny!

This unit works well to cool a room. It is a little noisy for a bedroom. I use it on the lowest Dan speed but still a little noisy. I wish it had an even lower fan speed. Also, I don't like the fact that rge unit doesn't keep your last setting. Every time I turn it on it goes back to the original setting. So I have to change the settings to my preferences each time I turn it on.

This little ac works great! I believe it is 8000 btus and it basically cools down my 860 sq ft space. I love the wifi capability, I can turn this on on my way home from work and its cooled down by the time I arrive. No need to keep it running all day and run up the electric bill. It's very simple to use and install, and usually you can get a small rebate from your electric company
