Nice little ac that fits perfectly in my window width wise. One star off due to window kit being 4 inches too short for my window. I knew that prior to purchase but went ahead anyways and decided I’d just rig something up. It worked out ok but would’ve liked a taller option.It’s not too loud, can still watch tv in the same room and I LOVE the remote!

The digital light indicators on the control panel are impossible to read in daylight ... you cannot tell what setting the fan is on (lo, med, hi, cool, energy saver, etc.)The unit is noisier than our previous Friedrich casement window unit which was about 15 years old.Otherwise, we are happy with it.

It's really great AC for 10,000 BTU I wish it was 12,000 BTUs like they used to make my last one was that.But it works great for what I need, so I think I got a great buy.
