I have had nothing but problem after problem with this unit. When I turn it off there is no guarantee that it will turn back on. I have had to go multiple hours without air conditioning because this unit will not turn on. I have kept up the maintenance on it, emptied both water drains, cleaned the filters ect. I am at a loss, Extremely disappointed in this product, I will stick to LG from now on.

Love it!!!!! Our 14x14 room is cold enough to hang meat! If we open the door it cools the upstairs no problem.

This is a wonderful device that cools our average size room extremely well. It gets so cool that we have to reduce the Fam speed. Great purchase! You’ll be happy with this unit!

I just got this model, push the power button, it's running but no air comes out, I can see the fan inside from the back is not spinning, I have to return, very disappointed.
