My house unit went down so I purchases the 14,00 BTU GE and it has been wonderful. It has cooled me in the heatwave of the south at nearly 100 degree temperatures Luv it .

the first one I had was 13K BTU heat/cool that did not work, bought a 14K BTU heat/cool and so far it is working as expected.
