This air conditioner replaced a different brand and it fit perfectly into the sleeve. The unit cools fast and has great controls. The filter is cleanable and easy to do. The dry function works very well. The trim kit worked great so it looks great in wall. The thermostat does a good job at keeping it close to set point.

Relied heavily on this unit. Bought for me in May, 2021. Has not yet (hopefully) let me down. Still under warranty. Going to buy extended warranties for both of my AC's. Solid unit, cools well, very, very happy so far.
