It is quiet and powerful enough to cool the living area of my apartment including two bathrooms, there is a separated 8000 btu unit for the bedroom.

I bought this AC a month ago to place in my living room. It's a great product and cools my living room and bed room. While I expected my electric bill to go up, it wasn't as much as I expected. No regrets.

I purchased this air conditioner at the end of the season so my experience with it is limited. However, I can say that so far it has performed well. It is easy to adjust the temperature and the conditioner operates quietly.

air conditioner is one of the more quieter ones I have come across and cools the room fairly quick
