    This was a replacement for a discontinued model that failed. Getting support for the dying model was quite a chore; however, Electrolux covered it under warranty and sent a debit card to cover the cost for replacement. The new model slipped easily into the existing sleeve and cools the room. I couldn't ask for more.

    I had this air conditioning units for over 2 years and now it stopped working. The compressor turns on but warm air comes out. It's impossible to get in touch with customer service to help me out.

    I have turned this air conditioner on maybe 20 times and it is broken. Will cost $760 to repair.

    We purchased 5 of these Frigidaire air conditioners last year in February. As it was still winter and the weather was cold, we did not need to use the air conditioners right away. Then came June, all of the air conditioners seemed like they were working. However, less than 3 months after using the air conditioner, one of the air conditioner stopped working. We could not put our heads to think that the AC was broken as it was almost brand new and we had used it for only 3 months. We tried cleaning the filters but nothing seemed to work. Then came Autumn and we no longer needed to turn on the AC and eventually forgot about it. Now that summer is back we had our building maintenance staff inspect the AC. He said that the compressor was not kicking in. Its over 90 degrees out today. We really need the AC. I hope Frigidaire takes care of our AC at no cost as it would not be right to sell an air conditioner with a defect and charge the consumer for it.

    Very unhappy with this unit. Purchased it on 04/23/15. It died on 05/17/2017. Called you local repair center and was quoted $350 to repair (bad compressor), plus service call of $175. Cheaper for me to buy another unit, than to have this one repaired. My last unit worked for 11 years, this one only two years. Very poor workmanship. Very unhappy with Frigidaire Air Conditioners.
