We replaced an old Frigidaire air conditioner that was still working thinking a new one would be quieter, more energy efficient, and cool better. This one is not quieter- we don’t know if our bills will be less yet, and cooling is just a bit better. What we do like is the remote control and the choice of settings for the unit. I am disappointed in how loud it is. It is hard to hear dialogue on the tv when it is running.

Purchased this air condition unit about 7 months ago, now its freezing, cracking building ice and I am not able to reach Frigidaire to service or support. I try calling the customer service # and all I get is disconnected.
Very satisfied with A/C works great.

I bought the A/C in June right when we had the high 90's. The only thing is it's little loud. Outside of that it's a wonderful relief.
