I bought this in July when the old air conditioner decided to quit on us.It's been working great and cools the room down quickly. I'm still learning the functions though. I appreciate that it's a heater also.

Bought this because the old one finally died and it quickly cooled the place down. Being without a/c during a heat wave is the worst. I will say that there is not enough information about replacement batteries for the remotes on the website.
Perfect for small studio apartment!
