Our opinion of this unit: Really disappointed with this appliance. The unit already had to be replaced. Started having trouble with the door sensor within a couple months of use. The replacement unit has the same door sensor issues, though not as bad as the original. The unit reports that the door is not closed even though the door has been closed.

when ww got oyr house built by Meritage, they provided option to upgrade the oven and microwave and we opted for this beautiful looking JennAir appliances. microwave stopped working 3 times within 2 years so Jenn Air replaced it with a new one. both oven and mocriwaves are good now and we love it

The features are tremendous (steams, warms, has a crisper pan....). It looks just like my double wall ovens, and the touchscreen menu with tips makes it so easy to use. Also, the turntable has a 15" diameter, 3 inches wider than my old Jennair.
