The original one had lots of problems—did not heat, make loud noise opening /closing. Did not get replacement for 8 months. New replacement is working well!

Better than a normal microwave mounted low. The drawer makes it easy to load. Controls on the top work well. Wish it had a turn table but haven’t noticed issues with uneven cooking
