despite seeing bad reviews about this microwave, i bought it anyway. huge mistake. after 15 months, it no longer heats up the food. turns on, makes a nasty sound...but won't even heat up water. let's see how good samsung is about resolving.

purchased this microwave and it did not have an owners manual in the box. this sucks. cant get anyone on the phone. may never buy samsung again.
