I have had many ovens ... different brands and I thought Bosh would be the same . It positively surprised me with all the different features I had never seen or used before, plus when I had a question I couldn't figure myself out with the manual or videos, they sent an expert right away which explained to me everything with such a nice manner and way I could easily understand. I would highly recommend bosh brand to anyone.

This oven has been working mostly fine, but is a bit noisy compared to our Bosch dishwasher. Mostly fine: One time I had a bit of static electricity (normal in our house) and tried to turn off the oven light, got the normal little shock, but the oven touch panel died, necessitating $$$ (out of warranty) replacement of the touch panel. Seems like the design should guard against normal static causing damage.

Great oven, plenty of space for multiple dishes, and a lot of options. It's nice that you can lock functionality in case you have children. I don't myself but I can see where this is a valuable setting for parents.

We buy for features, not appearance. This oven not only has everything we were looking for in an oven (multi rack, convection, probe, self cleaning, etc.), but it also looks really nice.
