When dial is on HIGH......only 1/2 the coils are hot on all 4 burners...takes just as long as our old stove to cook anything on stove top

I have nor yet used the oven or the broiler, but I frequently have three burners going at the same time. I like that there is a storage drawer where broilers use to be, under the oven. The broiler element is at the top of the oven. Now I will not have to bend down so far when I do broil; I look forward to that. I need the extra storage in a very small kitchen. the only reasons I rated it a 4 is because the cover for the light above the stove is very difficult to open, and because, the drawer is a little flimsy and easily comes off its track.
