i had pretty high expectations as i’ve had all sumsumg appliances since purchasing my home in 2009. i had to replace my stove in dec 2019 so i went with samsung since the stove i was replacing lasted 10yrs. here i am just passing the 2 yr warranty window and both of the front burner on the stove have stopped working. i’m so disappointed in this product. i choose this stove specifically since my mom has trouble lifting her arms due to arthritis and the knobs are on the front which made it easier. also the oven temperature seems to be off.

i love the look of this stove. the only problem was the glass top scratched right away. i have smooth bottom light cookware and it scratched. i clean it with the cerama bright. the repairman was out today and told me they wouldn't cover it. so, now i have a new stove with a couple of scratches. i would recommend this to friends if they fix it.

upon using the oven, i noticed the temperature displayed on the oven was very inaccurate. when the oven says its preheated to 400, it would only be around 250 inside- verified with an oven thermometer. Temperature is also very inconsistent. shameful for samsung quality assurance

so far so good. i got this style oven because i was sick of looking at a verticle control at the back of the oven. so far everything works as expected.

keeping the surface clean and streak free is almost impossible. i clean after every use with recommended cleaner. other than that i love how this range functions.
