The cooktop is easily stained with no hope of properly cleaning. Also, the cooktop is covered with a 'grid' coating that makes it very hard to clean. Where the oven vents at the control panel the surrounding area is permanently faded after only ones use.

This stove has a fine grid application placed on the cooktop. Making cleaning extremely difficult. One of the burners (left front) has permanent discoloration and partial eroding of this grid pattern. Making the entire cooktop appear extremely cheap and tacky. The oven temperature is way off (low) regardless of convection or conventional baking. I am really sorry I bought this. I sadly assumed that Bosch was a quality brand. I was mistaken.
