New stove arrived with defects in the stainless steel. One part had a ripples appearance and the lower drawer has some sort of film on it that will not clean off so it looks streamed and cloudy

The first time the stove was delivered banged up on the back, the second time, our propane gas supplier/company came to install the stove and found that the burners were damaged (couldn't change from natural to propane gas), and asked to send back. The third time, the upper oven door doesn't close well, and home depot said they can't fix it but bring a new unit again (kind risky for us because who knows what else could be wrong with the 4th one again!).

I like it so far. I am still getting used to the burners and I have only used the upper oven.
