let me start off by saying i will be updating this review as i get to know this new oven. so far i have no major complaints about the oven itself. what i am commenting on is the subpar installation and so-so response from samsung/xpo. let me ask everyone one simple question. when you have a new appliances installed, shouldn't it be installed correctly with all the parts? i thought so; however, that's not the case with the items i purchased. i'd like to know how do you miss install steps on a checklist? tbf, i do understand that the installers have a laundry list of deliveries and installs, but all i want is everything installed correctly without getting the run-around or dumb excuses. i'm still waiting for someone to call and make this right. will it happen?
