Refer to model MUM4405UC/08. I have been using this kitchen equipment for baking. This time, I like to give my review of the beating tools to create the whipped cream from egg white. It comes out perfect. I really love this little multi use machine. Again, I just wish they sell a bit larger size of the mixing bowl without having to buy another new machine.

I just recently purchased a 2nd home and had to have another Bosch Compact Mixer. I can make bread dough, whip the lightest whipped cream or use for any number of things. I also ordered the Food Processor Attachment to allow me to slice vegetables quickly, shred cheese and also have a small food processor! So helpful and handy.

The greatest feature of this kitchen machine is compactness. You can store it on the contertop and then access it at arms length. Mine came with a blender and (3) mixing tools, as shown, opening up lots of possiblilities for food prep. Overall easy to use and keep clean.

The MUM 4405 UC I have is really noisy at the low speeds (1,2). It is hard to get the beating whisk out although I put it at the correct position. I though Bosch could do much better job. What a disappointment!

I didn't think it could be possible that a mixer could be better then my old Kitchen Aid but this little mixer is and so light weight, I could carry it around all day long with 1 hand, couldn't do that with a Kitchen Aid. I was just so suprised that this little Bosch could make bread and knead the bread better then my old mixer. If it can do that, you can make anything with this mixer
