my dishwasher was purchsed from and installed by lowe’s. now…less than six months later it has stopped working all together. two weeks ago samsung finally sent out someone to fix it. he was here 20 mintues…said he fixed it but apparently he never tried it because now it does not work at all. just flashes an lc message. getting thru to samsung is time consuming as you can never talk to real person and they apparently could care less that your appliance that you paid a lot of money for does not work. i have now had two more service appointments cancelled by their repair people. lowe’s and samsung have my money…and i have two worthless warranties and a broken dishwasher. extremely dissatisfied.

thrilled with this dishwasher, first time we used it was like a commercial..... dishes came out so clean and sparkling compared to old machine. several features but not too many. "storm wash" feature really works!

I needed to upgrade my dishwasher as my condo came with one that was several years old. This Samsung has several wash options, but I prefer the auto mode. Love the additional top " shelf pull out" for the odd size utensils.

Love the Stainless steele walls especially as my water is rusty, i was excited about some of the features. So I was a little disappointed when i found the tines in the bottom rack were so close together my fiesta dishes don't fit. The extra drawer for silver ware sounded ;like, a good idea.. unfortunately, anywhere the silver touches the dividers doesn't come clean. If anything is stuck on, it will still be there at the end of the cycle. The middle rack has two positions. In the upper one tall glasses or lids hit the top rack. In the lower position the wand hits on anything taller than a plate on the bottom rack. I have never complained about an appliance through 12 moves. This dishwasher which i thought was an upgrade in the appliance package i purchased. was a disappointment. Given a choice next time i will choose the plain Jane as they do a better job.
