They offer more hold and can cup a roast or chicken with any combination of the 6 C shaped forks, 4 square and 2 tapered. The collar is splined to mount them in multiple positions. Fits 3/8 -IN and 1/2-IN rods.

We enjoyed our mega rotisserie forks for cooking a roast beef. We just sit back and brush the marinade and enjoy the marvelous smells. We must keep in mind that the BroilKing BBQ technology is well build to keep the proper heat evenly to cook the roast. We also enjoy our cast iron griddle for Sunday brunches. There is nothing like cooking breakfast in the outdoors.
