The Broil King® Imperial™ deep dish wok topper is crafted with high grade 1.2 mm stainless steel. The uncommonly large 13-in x 9.75-in design gives you more cooking space and the deep dish keeps foods contained within the wok. Oversized 10 mm stainless steel handles and raised square perforations add to its rigidity. The raised perforations also help keep food from sticking.

I purchased this item for my husband for warming dishes on the BBQ and I ended up using and utilizing it more Its great for grilling veggies without burning them and an excellent way to heat sensitive dishes up without over-doing it. Its super easy to clean and so big I would recommend this.

I bought this product last summer after i got the imperial 590 both proved to be excellent choices. While on the expensive side its well worth the quality. Ive tried other trays to cook veggies and this is my favorite. Too Clean i just put it in a bag with oven cleaner with fumes spray and seal for a hour and wipe it clean as the day i got it.
