    I bought this bbq 5 years agouse it all year round and it has never let me down.Almost time for a new one.

    Problems: 1. Side table and burner are slanted. When putting a frying pan the slant angle is bad enough that all the oil goes to one side. 2. In the back left pillar there is a leak coming from the grill. 3. The burners takes more than 5 seconds to light up. 4. Service is bad. I made a complaint since January 2022 until now April 2022 no service technician is available to repair it.
