i have had this dryer for less then 2 years. and over a year of that was in storage. i've actually used it less then 8 months time. and the dryer isn't heating at all. and looking into it a heating element is over 200 bucks. really crappy for a fairly new device. and i love samsung products so much. all of my electronics and appliances are samsung. you have now lost me as a customer

within a year of use in a 2-person household, the dryer would not turn on. a dish technician repair allowed it to work for only 2 more months . samsung would not support repair.

We’ve had this washer and dryer set for 2 years. We’ve had nothing but problems for the last year. Samsung hasn’t stood by their product at all. We’ve invested way too much money into this set for the dryer to only last 2 years. I am very upset with this product.
