I have a very small space and I was expecting the dryer to be the same size has my apartment washer/dryer but this has an amazingly large drum and can hold so much more. I don’t know how they’ve done this. It also dries in 1/3 of the time.

When set on cotton it only completely dries if you set it to extra dry. We have given up using any of the sensor modes and now simply use a timed dry. So much for energy savings. And the dryer doesn’t get very warm so it takes a long time for clothes to dry. The other beef is despite the instructions, there is no way to turn off the chimes when it’s done drying

Purchased this unit from Lowes and when the unit arrived they only dropped the boxes off and did not set up. After connecting the dryer and starting our first load is was making a terrible sound as the drum rotated we called service and were told that the drum was bad and had to be replaced and the parts would not be available until mid August.

So far, so good! The dryer is quiet. I love that is senses the moisture left (I can hear it temporarily shut off when it does), and all of the various settings are helpful. It’s the perfect size for the compact space I have for the washer and dryer. Overall, I’m pleased!
