Purchased this washer in March 2021, a couple of months ago, spin cycle became violently aggressive. mid feb. the washer stopped spinning completely! requested repair service since the washer is still under warranty. samsung sent out repair service, we were told it needed a complete drum assembly. we were told parts were on back order. spent several times/hours on the phone with samsung and thought we had a resolution. as of today they are sending another repair service to evaluate, Don’t buy this washer!

My experience is that this washing machine is the greatest (not) ever designed. I have reviewed and submitted multiple other reviews (rejected), stating what a top of the line (not) washing machine this is! All other reviews have been 'moderated' because it was not a glowing endorsement of this washing machine. Buyer beware.

i purchased this washer and dryer set in january, 2021. both of them work great. very quiet and do a wonderful job cleaning. a worker came to our home and kneeled on the top washer cover recently, and i’ve been told by samsung parts and other vendors that the top cover replacement in platinum is no longer available. it took several months to receive the set and now it is a shame that parts are not available in the same year that the purchase was made. while i like samsung the lack of parts would make me consider another manufacturer.

no it's not the voltage, no it's not the circuit breaker or the vent. it is the dryer. it doesn't heat. purchased from home depot. installers set it up and let like a flash. almost like they knew it wouldn't work. home depot is pointing at samsung and samsung is pointing at home depot. all we wanted was a new washer and dryer. now we are just stuck with two wet loads of clothes and no dryer. no one who can deliver a new one or replacement.
