i have done everything i know to help this washing machine. it is terrible. it doesnt clean the smell little as much the stains out of any clothes. i have been using Bulky Load just to get it to work harder....i have tried powders versus liquid and it will not even rinse the powders from clothes. Amana should replace the folks washer that purchased this. It is a pure piece of wasted metals.....

Bought this used. I could hand wash a load faster than this machine! And don't even try to just rinse an item ... it keeps wanting to wash and you start all over again. On the plus side (haha) I'm getting a work out running back and forth checking to see if the load is done.

I bought this to replace a top loader I had for many years. It is the worst machine I have ever owned. It is supposed to save water, but to me the sensing fill is terrible. It starts to agitate, even before the clothes are under water and I feel it is destroying my clothes. I will never buy another machine from here..... as I am 74 years old, I am sure that is a fact.

This is the worst purchase I have ever made! I’m so mad I didn’t read reviews before I bought. This has stained countless number of clothes, there’s never enough water to actually wash anything. I have to run with pots to fill the darn thing up to actually try and saturate my clothing. I also have to wait between the sensing fill and wash cycles so I can put the detergent in. I’ve realized this helps less things get washing detergent stains!!! If you’re wondering I have a family of four and use HE tise free and gentle.
