I bought this washer because of the great reviews that it already had. I have done about 15 loads of laundry since it was installed. I LOVE this unit. Would highly recommend this washer.

Bought December 2018, less than a year later, control board will not respond- locked into 1 cycle and will not start. Whirlpool said unplug, replug, flip circuit breaker on and off... nothing. Contact Whirlpool technician - has no clue either. Now I have to go to laundry mat while they figure it out. Not good- if I have to replace- no more Whirlpool. I would give a zero star if I could.

I was excited to get my new machine, then I started to use it and had a residue on my clothes. I had numerous service calls, each time I was told to do something different, none of them worked. I had to check every piece of clothes and rewash half of it. I put up with it way to long & got my fill of it. I did not buy a new machine to have to babysit it. I would not recommend whirlpool to anyone. We bought a whirlpool fridge and have had problems with the ice maker and was told after several service calls it was a problem with that model.
