TENGO 3 AÑOS CON LA LAVADORA, LA USO POCO PORQUE TENGO OTRA. LA COMPRE POR SU CAPACIDAD, LAVA BIEN PERO SE DESCOMPUSO POR DESGASTE DE UNA PIEZA. DIJE "COMO SI CASI NO LA USO" EN FIN SERAN $2,600 MÁS 450 DE MANO DE OBRA. ME PARECE INCREIBLE! TENGO UN CENTRO DE LAVADO MAYTAG DE HACE 21 AÑOS Y SIN PROBLEMAS, ES EL DE TODOS LOS DIAS , POR ESO VOLVI A COMPRAR LA MARCA. ESTOY DECEPCIONADA. TAMBIEN ES CIERTO QUE SUS TIEMPOS DE LAVADO SE EXTIENDEN, A MAS DE UNA HORA, DE MANERA RECURRENTE.

Me falló a los 8 meses de uso y el soporte técnico es un muy mal malo, se tardaron 2 meses y medio en repararla, y volvió a fallar de lo mismo en 2 semanas de uso, he batallado demasiado.

Tengo con la lavadora más de un año, y no me gusto, la ropa aparte de que se estira y sale toda torcida y hasta se rompe, hay partes de la ropa que queda totalmente seca ya que jamás llego a estar en contacto con el agua, queda en la parte superior de la carga y no se lava; he estado buscando lavadora nueva, pero hay que ahorrar. No vale la pena gastar su dinero en ella.

Desde que adquirimos la lavadora nos marcaba un error en la pantalla F5 pero nadie ningún técnico ha podido dar con el. Pro lema el último nos dijo q era el seguro de la puerta pero no encontramos la refacción. Cabe mencionar q me gusta como deja la ropa de cama y los pantalones cuando esta en óptimas condiciones de uso y me encanta q puedo po er mis edredones sin ningún problema ya que es muy grande su tina 4estrellas por esta parte

Pésimo lavado se descompone en mi duración de garantía de 3 años se descompuso cada año y lo peor que la última no entro por qué ya terminó su garantía otrora de lavadora y muy cara y si se le pudiera dar menos estrellas se las daría
