Have had fridge for about 6 weeks---long enough to know I really like it! Love the bottom drawer freezer. Everything has easy access. Design is modern with long strudy handles on both compartments.❤

QUICK and TO THE POINT: Just two weeks in to this new frig so far. Great looking! retro-ish design on new White with Stainless-Handles unit! Interior components are adjustable and decent. All appear easy to clean when needed. Repairman already to replace BOTH L and R faulty freezer pull-out slides. No big deal. TWO points to make: 1) EVERYONE (including service-repair guy)! tells us we won't even get HALF the 22 years on any new appliance as our (never-serviced)! 1999 GE -- that is STILL RUNNING now in the garage. 2) We didn't even get two cheap ice trays included with this unit! -- AND -- there's not even a small freezer-shelf to put our two old ice-trays on! So we fill OLD TRAYS with water, then very slowly-gently close the pull-out freezer drawer so the water won't spill til frozen! Really? No stable ice tray-shelf? Owner's manual SHOWS the little mini tray-shelf, but after TWO calls to the KitchenAid reps, then their "parts source," they claim the small ice-tray shelf "doesn't exist," but it's clearly shown in the assembly manual for this model unit! Hmmm ... like buying a bicycle, but getting no pedals ... sorta like that. KitchenAid -- when you read this -- help us out here! I spent good money on this new unit. No ice trays or tray-shelf? Let me guess --- those are OPTIONS? Come on. If this runs SERVICE-FREE for 12-15 years, I'll report back with two thumbs up for K-A!

Had some trouble with the Refrigerator but was given a replacement. For the most part I love the ease of finding and storing items. No bending to see what's in the back of the shelf. I hadn't bought a refrigerator in a long time so I felt this model was pricy. I was limited with space and it fit in perfectly.

Nothing but headache after it stopped working 14 months after we got it. "Too bad so sad" response from kitchen aid when seeking options for dealing with situation after. Moving to a different brand unless something changes fast...
