Unit arrived with the ice maker non functional-2months to get it fixed. Sometimes freezes food in the refrigerator. Unit makes a fair amount of noise. No problems with freezer. Looks nice.

Only owned 3 years and had it repaired 4 times. Problems with freezer freezing up, rain line malfunction, ice maker controls going out and now the circuit board going out.

Nice refrigerator- just have to replace water filter. Other wise the ice maker will stop working without a replacement water filter.

Refrigerator inconsistently freezes food. Delivered with broken ice maker- took 2 months to get it fixed.

The Pros...Love the look, style, and convenience of drawers, with pull out and adjustable shelves. Warranty is 5 years Parts and Labor. The Cons...Temperature alarm seems to go off, (several times a week)for no reasons. Annoying. Ice Maker, has very poor production. Had it replaced. Very Disapointing. Ice Dispenser, does not always dispense all ice left in the shoot. Will have 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup of melted ice/ water dispensed upon next glass to get ice. Frustrating having to empty a 1/2 glass of water when trying to get ice. Water dispenser, will dispense water automatically without being touched. Has happened 3 times. Luckily we were home and able to get the water shut off before it flooded the kitchen/house. Control panel has been replaced. Scary. Overall, I would recommend Bosch, but I Would not recommend this model until these issues are addressed. Seems to totally be related to the entire ice maker system and control panel.
