i would give this appliance negative stars if i could. i've had the refrigerator for several years and have spent more than $1,000 trying to repair the icemaker that has been an issue since we got it. it's now the fourth or fifth time that it's stopped working. not to mention the doors have never lined up properly. i had been replacing my kitchen appliances with samsung products but that's done after this experience.

the ice maker does not make ice but instead drips down to the bottom of the fridge where is freezes and creates mold and a very large sheet of moldy ice. it will even drip down to the sides of the freezers and make ice sickles in the freezer doors.

thank god i bought a 10 year warranty. you will need it. they have been to my house 6 times already to fix the ice maker. its unfixable. i'm halfway into my 10 year

we have had this refrigerator for less than a year now. few months back, it started producing a distinct vibration/clicking noise. it's loud enough that you cannot ignore it. these repair folks from a 3rd party repair center made 4 visits to our place for the same issue - they couldn't find/fix anything and then started demanding $140/visit for the issue though it hasn't been fixed - finally samsung saw the videos of the clicking noise and decided that it's normal to have this kind of loud noise coming out of your refrigerator as if we are crazy and been calling samsung customer care for fun so that we can have these 3rd party repair folks show up at our house multiple times in the middle of a pandemic. never buy this refrigerator.

the ice maker has never worked properly. there is a class action law suit on this. you cannot clean the drawers - really bad design
