1.the folding shelf mount broke as soon as i folder the shelf down. 2.the big produce drawer (in side refrig) doesn't fit in such a way as the front doors will not close. 3. the main shelf (in side refrig) collapses with the weight of a gallon of milk. currently the shelf is held up by a jar of mayo. the installers told us they don't do the shelfs and that they are customer installs. i wonder why they said that. currently we're working with home depot to return or exchange this one, wish me luck!

really like the middle drawer in this fridge, great for cans of soda and also keep my coffee in there to keep it fresh, the fold up shelf is a great feature also
