i have owned this beauty for a little over two years now.... its loud and now i have to replace boards, and sensors! yup you can add another $400 to the price of this fridge!!! not such a great deal, right? i have tossed the content of my fridge now for the third time..... add that too to the price. save yourself the headache and buy something else. good luck!

i really enjoyed the refrigerator, but please fix the crappy ice maker. as a another reviewer said, you have no choice for cubed or crushed. i dispenses both. also, the worst thing to me was the ice maker just quits working for no apparent reason. when you pay for a product, you expect it to work. the ice maker doesn't work!

bought in 2018, my rs25j50 model lasted 1 1/2 years. first the freezer crashed then the fridge right behind it. i got the usual run-around from customer service. some were courteous, some impudent. intent on selling me an extended warranty. i expected better value from samsung. i thought the unit would last longer than that. i got tired of fighting and bought an lg. no more samsung.
