Design is modern contemporary with reasonable door soft close feel. However that’s about all of the positive things I can say about my experience with this terrible refrigerator. It was pre-installed in a new construction house, it’s the 3rd week of occupancy and I’m waiting for the second evaporator replacement part to be installed following what a service tech called a “freon leak” although I’d hope he meant HFC-134a. Oh to add to the fun the compressor also failed. Avoid buying this unit. Oh and avoid certain distributors particularly if they have “warehouse” in their business title, unless they have their own qualified service staff.

This appliance was not available to view on the showroom so we bought it on the faith of the specifications. After installation we found that the average Pinot style bottle, now being used for many styles of wine, will not fit on the shelves without interfering with the shelf above. The suggested solution was to remove shelves (they are not adjustable) there by significantly reducing the capacity of the unit.
