Perfect and compact with great features my favorite feature is the clean air feature. It’s loud but manageable abolle and over all just a good little machine

I'm a disabled senior. I received this a/c thru Community Action last July. It worked really well for the rest of the season. Hot weather hit this year and it won't run. I don't have a receipt as it was a bulk purchase thru the state and I can't get it replaced without it.

This unit worked great for 4 years. Installed it in the window for the 5th summer, and it didn't work. Just a low humming sound at first, then the fans eventually started going and they made a very different, much louder sound than usual. The fans moved freely without any blockage or obstruction, and no bad grinding sounds or anything like that, so I don't know what the issue is.
